Life Adjustments and Stress Management
Therapy for life adjustments and stress management provides individuals with structured support as they navigate significant changes or challenging transitions. Perinatal Mental Health
Perinatal mental health focuses on supporting the emotional well-being of individuals during pregnancy and the postpartum period, a time marked by significant physical, emotional, and lifestyle changes. Pregnancy and the postpartum period can bring a mix of emotions and challenges, making perinatal mental health a vital focus for expectant and new parents. Experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, or other difficult symptoms during this time is not uncommon. With empathy, guidance, and a nurturing therapeutic space, we can help you manage difficult emotions and build confidence as you adjust to the transitions of parenthood.
